Learn what goes in to launching a membership community.
In July 2020, SPI launched our first-ever membership community for growth-minded entrepreneurs to learn, collaborate, and network in a safe and trusting place. We call it SPI Pro.
Through an application process, we sent out 500 founding member invitations and in just two weeks, SPI Pro became a thriving community filled with hundreds of discussions, one-on-one messages and a growing library of exclusive resources. This community filled a void that had been missing from the SPI brand since the very beginning and has proven to be exactly what our members were looking for.
Now we want to pull back the curtain and show you how we did it with this free workshop.
We share our strategy and successes, (plus a few things we wished we would have done differently). The response to the live workshop was incredible—and you can get the replay for free. Use it as a tool to help you build a successful membership community for your business.
What you'll learn
Why membership sites are the holy grail of passive income
Common mistakes and why a lot of membership communities fail
The types of membership there are and what you should offer
How to choose the right platform and why we chose to use Circle
How to successfully launch your community and what you can do to keep it growing and thriving
The SPI Pro community has been a long time in the making and I’m super excited to share with you how we built it.
Getting a membership community launched isn’t easy.
You need the right plan with the knowledge to identify potential roadblocks, as well as having the tools to help you create buzz worthy excitement that will have people eager to join. If you’re the least bit curious on how to do this for your business, this free workshop is exactly what you need.
Normally, this would be a workshop we would charge for, but we didn't want to keep this to only a select few attendees! So we're offering it free to help you go deeper into learning the necessary ins and outs of maintaining a successful community—one that can continue to be scalable and profitable.
It’s no secret that entrepreneurship can be a lonely road to travel, but it doesn’t have to be. A real game changer for me in my journey was finding community with like-minded entrepreneurs who gave me support, encouragement and knowledge I didn’t think I had access to. While every entrepreneur’s journey is different, there are common experiences we all share and can learn from together.
This community represents the heart of SPI as we help entrepreneurs get one step closer to reaching their dreams and we want to show you what we’re continuing to do to grow SPI Pro, so you can use it to build a community that people will be excited about and keep coming back to.
Meet the team behind SPI Pro
In this workshop, you'll hear from many members of Team SPI, including our co-CEOs Pat Flynn and Matt Gartland, as well as Andrea, Karen, Jessica, and Mindy about the process of putting the community together.
